Packing automation

Automatic Bagging and Labeling Machines

Automate bag preparation, shipping-label printing and sealing while the operator loads each item. Compare the FPM-600 and PEM-500 for your product sizes, bag requirements and order workflow.

Choosing a model

One workflow, two machines

Both machines automatically form and open the bag while the operator places each item inside. Both take order data from your ERP or WMS and automate real-time label printing and application, sealing and discharge. The differences are bag width and how the sealed parcel leaves the machine.

NetRay FPM-600 flat-push automatic packing machine with 24-inch monitor, touch HMI and safety light curtains

NetRay FPM-600

Flat-push model

  • Built for medium and large fulfillment centers
  • Example items outerwear, footwear, home textiles. Bag width up to 600 mm. Item weight is confirmed per project, not from bag width.
  • Discharge sealed parcels move horizontally to a rear collection area
  • Real-time print 750–800 orders/hour, operator loading each item
  • Pre-pack up to 1800 orders/hour, a separate mode with the label printer off
  • Guards light curtain, emergency stop, anti-pinch.
  • Bags white PE continuous roll

NetRay PEM-500 smart packaging machine with touch HMI, barcode scanner and discharge conveyor

NetRay PEM-500

Smart packaging model

  • Built for e-commerce fulfillment, live-commerce warehouses, sorting centers
  • Example items non-fragile soft goods — apparel, bags, home textiles. Bag width up to 500 mm.
  • Discharge sealed parcels drop by gravity onto a front discharge slide
  • Real-time print 750–800 orders/hour, operator loading each item
  • Pre-pack up to 1800 orders/hour, a separate mode with the label printer off
  • Guards light curtain, emergency stop, anti-pinch, open-front frame with guarded mechanisms
  • Bags white PE continuous roll

Order accuracy

Order-linked label printing with optional scan verification

A barcode scan can release the order from the ERP or WMS. That scan does not, by itself, confirm every SKU on the order. Scan verification before the label prints is optional on both machines. Lines that already verify upstream can run without it.

Machine operating workflow. Real-time print mode prints the shipping label and presents an open bag before the item is loaded. Pre-pack mode presents an open bag with the label printer off.
The same machine supports two operating modes. In Real-Time Print Mode, the shipping label is printed and an open bag is presented before the operator loads the item. In Pre-Pack Mode, the label printer remains off, allowing bags to be prepared in advance for later use.
Consumables

Packaging bags

Both machines are specified for white PE continuous-roll bags. White, green and black rolls are stocked. Other colors and print are made to order. Stock color is not the same thing as which films the machine can run.

The size-range screen compares published bag width and length only, treating the first number as width and the second as length. Final bag compatibility is confirmed against the selected machine and a bag sample. Roll diameter, core, film thickness, wind direction and perforation are part of that check. 12C is the published stock label; the machine film-thickness range is 0.03–0.2 mm, and those two figures are not converted into each other here.

Supply and shipping

Bags are produced and stocked in roll form; each machine ships in a plywood export crate on a pallet.

The wider line

Where it fits in the outbound line

A packing machine rarely arrives alone. Measuring the item before it is bagged is a different step from measuring the finished parcel. Where a DWS sits on the line is set per project.

Is a packing machine the right next step?

That depends on your order profile, item mix, bag sizes and how your ERP releases orders. Many operations start with one measurable bottleneck before expanding. Send the current pack process and NetRay will review it before recommending a configuration.

Add machine and bag details (optional — speeds up the answer)

We will reply with a suggested configuration direction, the technical details we still need from you, and whether a demonstration makes sense. If something is not a fit, we will say so.
